If you have any experiences of the pathways to work good or bad we want to hear from you. We will be conducting a survey that will be used to help National Mind assess the scheme and will help them lobby the Government for change if need be, but in order to do this we must have feedback.

Here are some suggested questions from Sue Chistoforou (Policy Officer National Mind) as to the type of information that might useful for National Mind to use in order to lobby the Government:-

• How were you contacted initially - by letter or phone? How did that initial contact make you feel?
  
  
• If and when you attended a Work-focused Interview, how would you assess the Advisers understanding of mental health problems and attitude towards the service user?
  
  
• What did you think of the options presented to you by the Adviser and the delivery of any options that you may have taken up?
  
  
• Were your fully advised by the Adviser of the impact that taking up work would have on their other benefits e.g. Housing Benefit?
