The Department of Work and Pensions will replace Incapacity Benefits with the Pathways to Work scheme in 2008 but a pilot project is now operating in Manchester and Salford. We will be conducting a survey that will be used to help National Mind assess the scheme and will help them lobby the Government for change if need be, but in order to do this we need your feedback. See the Benefits and Mental Health page for information from Neath Mind about benefits available and the assessment process for Incapacity Benefit, Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance. Give us your suggestions for what should be in the survey See the Department of Work and Pensions Five Year Strategy What the Disability Alliance says More on Pathways to Work from Rightsnet Comment from the Citizens Advice Bureau More information from Disability Now More information on the Mind website
